Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. FRP Works Company reserves the right to require partial or full payment in advance. Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of services.

5. Project Timeline
Project timelines will be established in consultation with the client. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, changes in project scope, or other factors beyond our control may result in adjustments to the timeline.

6. Change Orders
Any changes to the project scope must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost. FRP Works Company reserves the right to decline change orders that significantly impact the project.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project specifications, access to the work site, and any necessary permits. Delays or additional costs resulting from client-related issues may be billed separately.

8. Warranty
FRP Works Company provides a warranty on its workmanship and materials as specified in the project agreement. This warranty is void if modifications or repairs are made by parties other than FRP Works Company without prior written consent.

9. Liability
FRP Works Company is not liable for any damages or delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or acts of government.

10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information obtained during the course of the project.

11. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and conditions. Termination does not relieve the client of the obligation to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of, and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules.
